Daily Routine

Welcome to Winkleigh Primary School

In welcoming your child to our School we also welcome you as parents/carers.

It is our sincere hope that this will be the beginning of a relationship of co-operation and mutual trust as, together with you, we seek to lay for your child the very best foundations for a happy and fulfilled life.

You are welcome to send your child in KS2 (Year 3 to Year 6) in with a fruit snack which must be a piece of fresh fruit or vegetable.

Morning break is from 10.30 to 10.45am.

Various clubs run at lunch time and after school.

All children need to bring in water bottles (clearly marked with your child's name) these should be taken home on a Friday.  Children are encouraged to drink water during the school day as long as this does not impinge on their learning time.

Going to the toilet

Children should ideally go to the toilet before school and during break times.  However, some children need to go more frequently and are allowed to go during learning time, but they are not encouraged to go to the toilet together.
