It’s been a really exciting week this week in Year Four! On Monday in Science, we did another experiment with sound. This time we focused on how the volume of a sound impacts the distance that you can hear it from. We enjoyed taking this learning outside with the fantastic weather that we’ve had. In history on Thursday, we discussed the jobs that the Anglo-Saxons had as well as things the children did in their day-to-day life. We had a go at writing a diary entry from the perspective of an Anglo-Saxon child and described how they would have helped and learnt from their parents. We are looking forward to our D&T day next week where we will design, make and evaluate our pop-up books. If you get a chance over the weekend, have a look at some pop-up books and think about how they might have been designed and made.
