It’s been another busy week in Year Four this week. We spent some time in PSHE reminding ourselves what it means to have a growth mindset and have been practicing thinking positively about our learning. We discussed some ideas of how to encourage ourselves and each other when learning is tricky. In English, we wrote our conversations about Exeter’s underground passages and also had a go at illustrating our writing in the style of the model text ‘A Walk in London’. In science, we discussed what insulators and conductors are. We predicted which classroom objects we thought would be insulators or conductors by thinking about the materials they are made from. On Thursday afternoon, we thoroughly enjoyed learning to ride scooters and skateboards and practiced lots of new tricks!
