The children have had a lovely time discovering the effects of yeast. They have planned and evaluated the process of making bread in DT and science. Many of the children came up with some really interesting ideas about what would happen to the bread while proving and what flavours might go well with the dough. Some favoured savoury ideas such as cheese, while others thought that chocolate would complement the mixture. All in all the sessions were engaging and the children worked really hard – well done.
