Trip number two for the Year 1s! The wheels on the bus were turning by 9.05am- arriving at the Zoo for 10.15! What a fantastic way to see all the vertebrates we have been learning about.

Our guide Matt, told us all about the animals at Paignton Zoo and even showed us a giant tortoise shell which had the imprints of the spine and ribs.  The children were amazing on the trip, which enabled us to keep to our tight schedule.
